Our firm worked with the client from 2014 to 2018, providing accounting, reporting, Federal and State tax compliance, and payroll solutions. We provided bookkeeping services in accord with IFRS reporting standards to assist the company with obtaining seed and initial round financing from US and foreign sources. During the period of 2014 through 2017 we were the company’s accounting and financial department and worked directly with their CFO.
The company began to prepare for transition to a public offering at end of 2017. The company’s auditors relied on our reporting, bookkeeping, and historic work to issue necessary statements. We transitioned the company to their own internal finance department in early 2018 and they are in the process of completing their IPO at the end of 2018 or early 2019.
